This is our most popular evaluation every year. We take our golfers through a full physical for golf where we assess their flexibility, mobility, strength and power. From this we help them identify areas of weakness and can design a program to help them fix it. This all leads to better golf and a more healthy body.

Golf Fitness Evaluation + 2 Session Package

$450

This Gift Certificate package includes our 1 hour Golf Fitness Evaluation and 2 Golf Fitness sessions (1 hour each). We take our golfers through a full physical for golf where we assess their flexibility, mobility, strength and power. From this we help them identify areas of weakness and design a program to fix it. We then go through 2 hours of this program to help them get started.
