Our 3-Step Process

  • Evaluate

    It all starts with a comprehensive 1 hour evaluation. We assess your mobility, stability, and strength to identify what’s helping — and what’s limiting — your golf swing. This gives us a clear roadmap for your training.


  • Train

    Based on your evaluation, we build a personalized program that improves the physical qualities that matter most for your game. Every session is guided by a coach to ensure safe, efficient, and effective progress.


  • Perform

    Our goal is simple: transfer your hard work in the gym to the golf course. You’ll move better, swing with more consistency, and reduce your risk of injury — so you can perform with confidence.

  • Either send us an email to info@seattlegolffitness.com or submit a form here with your preferred times to come in. We’ll get back to you within 24hrs with our availability and pricing.

  • Athletic clothing that’s comfortable and easy to move in. This along with your Driver, 7 iron and preferred ball you typically play. We also send a detailed questionnaire which we ask everyone to complete before coming in so our coaches can be best prepared.

  • Typically all sessions and evaluations are one hour long.

  • Many golfers notice improvements in distance, swing consistency, and flexibility within 2–6 weeks if they’re training at least 2x per week.

  • All programs are tailored to your needs, with exercises modified to reduce risk of injury. If you’re in pain or injured we’d be happy to refer you to a golf specific Physical Therapist or Chiropractor.

  • Yes we offer both recurring memberships and packages of sessions that require no long term commitment. Your coach will cover billing in detail at the end of your evaluation.
