Stevan Rodriquez

Golf Performance Coach

Stevan grew up in Yakima, WA where he developed a deep passion for sports through playing football, basketball, and baseball. As a standout multi-sport athlete, Stevan earned over 30 offers to play football and baseball at the collegiate level before ultimately deciding to pursue college baseball. Stevan went on to earn his Bachelors in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Pacific Lutheran University (PLU), graduating in 2025.

Stevan began his strength and conditioning career at PLU where he spent two years as an assistant within the athletic program. He was quickly appointed as the head strength and conditioning coach for the PLU Women’s Lacrosse and Cross Country teams. He also served as an S&C assistant to the golf teams. Outside of PLU, Stevan took on the role of head strength and conditioning coach for the Mount Tahoma High School football team as part of an internship. So far over his coaching career Stevan has worked with over 25 athletic teams across 15 different sports.

Most recently, Stevan completed a 3-month internship with Seattle Golf Fitness and is excited to join their team as a full-time Golf Performance Coach. He brings a strong passion for rotational sports, a high-energy coaching style, and a deep curiosity for the science behind human movement and in particular the golf swing. Stevan is committed to helping golfers and athletes of all backgrounds unlock their true potential through intentional, individualized training.
