Unlock Your True Golf Potential
Premium golf performance training in a scientific, evidence-based strength and conditioning setting. For competitive and aspiring golfers, with locations in Seattle, Scottsdale, and Vancouver.
Our Mission
We help golfers play their best golf. That means building the strength, mobility, and precision to swing faster, stay healthy, and compete at the highest level for as long as you want to play, whether you're chasing a lower handicap or a tour card.
Golf Digest ranked us among the Top 75 golf fitness programs in America. The Golf Fitness Association of America named us a 2025 Industry Leader. Our coaches bring real strength and conditioning expertise, many with advanced degrees and years spent training collegiate and professional athletes, and every program is built around the golfer in front of us, not a template.
Our Philosophy
Every golfer moves differently, so we don't start with a program. We start with you. Our system runs on three phases: evaluate, train, and perform. Together they turn what we learn about your body into results you can see on the course.
Evaluate
First we find out how you actually move. A full evaluation shows us your strengths and your limitations, so the plan we build fits your body and your goals from day one.
Train
Then we train with a purpose. Every session builds the strength, mobility, and power that carry over to your swing, with a coach guiding you the whole way.
Perform
It all comes down to playing better golf. You'll swing more efficiently, cut your injury risk, and step onto the course with real confidence in your game.
A Complete Picture Before a Single Rep
Before we write a single line of your program, we run you through our own evaluation system. It blends TPI-informed movement screening with force plate, dynamometer, and TrackMan data across four dimensions. That's the difference between guessing and actually knowing what your body and your swing need.
Movement
A TPI-based screen of how your body moves through the golf swing. We catch compensations early, before they cost you power or lead to injury.
Mobility
Dynamometer-based range-of-motion testing shows us exactly where you're restricted, not just where your swing happens to feel tight.
Force
Force plate testing shows us how efficiently you generate and transfer power from the ground up. That's the real foundation of clubhead speed.
Golf
TrackMan clubhead and ball flight data connects every gain you make in the gym back to what actually shows up on the course.

What We Help Golfers Achieve
More Power
Clients typically see a 5 to 15% increase in clubhead speed within their first three months of training.
Reduced Pain & Injury Prevention
We identify areas of physical weakness contributing to pain, and build programs to help prevent future injury.
Improved Consistency
On average, clients see a 20% increase in fairways hit and greens in regulation after three months.
Our Story
We started Seattle Golf Fitness in 2018 with one idea: golfers deserve training built for their sport, not a generic gym program. We opened our doors as a single performance studio, and within months we were fully booked. That told us something. Golfers were hungry for a smarter, more scientific way to train.
So we kept building. That one studio has since grown into SGF Group, the parent company behind four golf performance facilities: Seattle Golf Fitness, Scottsdale Golf Performance, Vancouver Golf Performance, and Mercer Island Golf Club. Every location runs on the same core approach, real evaluation, individualized training, and coaching grounded in the science of the swing, while still feeling like part of the community it serves.
That approach has earned us national recognition, including a spot on Golf Digest's Top 75 Fitness Trainers in America and the Golf Fitness Association of America's 2025 Industry Leader award. But the mission hasn't changed since day one. Whether you're a weekend player or a competitive tour professional, we want to give you the tools to move better, swing faster, play pain-free, and perform at your best for as long as you want to compete.

Leading the Vision
Train With Us, Wherever Your Season Takes You
If you're playing for a living, your training can't be an afterthought. We work with competitive and professional golfers to build a program around your schedule, your travel, and your goals, not the other way around.
Pricing Built Around Your Season
Every tour has a different schedule and a different level of support behind it. We structure pricing around your tour status and competitive rank, so you get a plan that actually fits where you are in your career.
We'll Travel With You
Request a coach on the road with you for a tournament week or a full stretch of the season. We'll work around your event schedule so training never has to stop because you're out of town.
Virtual Coaching, Anywhere
Between events, we keep training with you no matter where you are. Virtual sessions keep your program consistent, so a packed travel schedule never turns into lost weeks in the gym.
This is what we do. Our coaches bring real strength and conditioning expertise, from advanced degrees to years spent training collegiate and professional athletes, and we've built a system, backed by real assessment data and a Golf Digest Top 75 and GFAA Industry Leader track record, to help you swing faster, stay healthy over a long season, and keep improving year after year. Your competition is training. Make sure you are too.
